Dufil Prima Foods Ltd ("Dufil", "we", "us", "our", "Power Oil") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your ("you", "yours", "participant", "consumer", "customer") personal data. This privacy policy contains information on how we look after your personal data and inform you of your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

This policy also identifies the data we collect from you, why we collect your data, how we use your data, how you can control your data and how we manage, store, protect, share and retain your data. The policy also highlights the minimum-security controls put in place to protect your data.

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to define the data collected and processed as a part of your activities related to Dufil website use, application use or use of products or services of Dufil, and use of Power Oil products or services. Additionally, we might collect data from you as a part of marketing campaigns and outreach programs. In the case of children's data, we will follow a dedicated consent process with approval from Parent / Legal guardian of the children, for the events / instances where children's data is collected and processed.

By accepting this policy, you consent to our collection, use, and processing of your information as needed for business purposes. You are expected to use your discretion and security knowledge in providing information to any publicly available websites / links.

We keep our privacy policy under regular review (at least once in 2 years). The latest version of the policy is updated in the month of February 2026.

Whenever we transfer your personal data to third parties, we ensure that a similar degree of protection is afforded to it within Nigeria or within the country to which it is transferred. Each participant hereby confirms that he/she is providing consent willingly to Dufil for business purposes stated in this privacy policy.

In case of Children related data, you hereby confirm that you are Parent / Legal Guardian for each Child / Children and have the requisite authority to provide personally identifiable information for Dufil business purposes.

Each participant hereby indemnifies Dufil against any false information directly leading from above.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any disputes arising from the data collection and processing activities shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, the matter may be referred to the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse for mediation.
